If you have not recharged your PTCL Vfone account since 10 August 2012, you can get free balance of Rs.1000 instantly by calling or sending an SMS to 7711 from your Vfone. This free balance can be used for on-net calls, internet and SMS. Free balance offer is only valid for WIN subscribers and not for WIPT and VPCO Customers. Validity of free balance is only 15 days.
